What your days will look like:

• DataStrategy:Leadthedevelopmentofenterprise-widedatastrategiesdatapolicies andoperatingmodelsembeddingsustainabledatamanagementand AI/MLpracticeswhileensuringcompliancewithglobalregulatorystandards suchasBCBS 239andaligningwithsector-specificoperationalrequirements.
• DataGovernanceLeadership:Leadengagementstodesign andimplemententerprise-widedatagovernanceframeworksalignedwithBCBS 239principlesdataqualitystandards andriskdataaggregationrequirements.

• Strategic Data Transformation:Defineanddeliverdataoperatingmodelspolicies andgovernancestructurestomeetevolvingregulatoryandbusinessdemands..

• RegulatoryAdvisory:AdviseonprudentialandriskdatamanagementrequirementsacrossBasel III/IV FRTB MiFID II and stresstesting.

• Risk Data Architecture: Oversee reviews and redesignsof risk and finance data architecture lineage and control frameworkstoensureregulatorycomplianceand operationalefficiency.

• Technology Enablement: Drive adoption of modern data platforms and automation technologies to enhance governancelineage andreportingprocesses.
• DataTooling:Leadoradviseontheselection design andimplementationofdatamanagementtoolingecosystemsencompassingmetadatamanagementdataglossariesdatalineagedataqualitydatamodellingobservability anddatagovernanceeffectivenessacrossbankingdataenvironments.
• Business Development: andwithclientstoachievesustainedoutcomesacrossthefulldatalifecycle-fromassessmentand designtoimplementationandoptimization.
• Stakeholder Management: andgovernanceprioritiestodriveeffectivedecision-making.
• Project Leadership:Lead andoutcomeswhileembeddingAI/MLandadvancedtoolingtoenhanceperformanceandinsight.

The role is for you if:

• Experienceindatagovernancedatamanagementorriskdataprogrammeswithinbanking.

• DemonstrableleadershipofcomplexBCBS 239ordataregulatoryremediationprogrammes.

• Strongknowledgeofdatagovernanceframeworks(DCAM DAMA-DMBOK) andriskdataaggregationprinciples.

• Provenexperienceadvisingon Basel III/IV stresstestingcapitalandliquidityreporting(COREP/FINREP) andrelateddatachallenges.

• Expertise indatastrategymetadatamanagementdataquality andlineageframeworks.

• Familiaritywithdatatoolsandtechnologies( InformaticaAtaccamaAlteryx Power BI).

• Demonstratedbusinessdevelopmentsuccessproposalleadership andabilitytogrowkeyclientaccounts.

• Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskillswithexperienceengagingat C-suitelevel.
