What sets the F&B Team apart

We are the largest team in the house working closely and collegially together and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests with our culinary creations at the Legendary Brunch Candlelight Dinner or large-scale catering events for various Viennese stressful times we stick together and support each other.

What will you do

• You are part of the daily operations of the pastry section and ensure smooth collaboration within your team.
• You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts pastries and baked goods following established recipes and seasonal inspirations.
• You ensure that ingredients are stored and handled correctly to maintain freshness consistency and food safety.
• You are passionate about Austrian and American dessert traditions and enjoy combining classic techniques with creative ideas.
• You will monitor adherence to hygiene standards.

You have relevant training in the pastry department. You can handle hectic situations during peak times well keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and can handle ingredients with quality and cost awareness.

We offer a monthly salary starting from EUR 2263 gross for full-time employment. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
