Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three times per week.
Compensation Package
- $40-$50 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and process California workers compensation indemnity/lost time claims in compliance with state regulations.
- Handle claims involving 4850 benefits with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine claim validity and liability.
- Communicate effectively with claimants employers medical providers and legal representatives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in handling California workers compensation indemnity/lost time claims.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 benefits.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check prior to starting the role.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
