What Well Bring:

This role serves as a strategic consultant within the Credentialing and Onboarding team focused on supporting the launch maintenance and enhancement of the Real Estate Portal. The Consultant will act as a key liaison between business and technical teams ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and efficient credentialing processes aligned with the portals evolving capabilities.

What Youll Bring:

  • 4 years experience in analytics and systems development
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Experience in partnering with multiple departments
  • Knowledge of SalesForce SCM TUBS
  • Demonstrable ability to manage projects and user testing

Impact Youll Make:

  • Product & Platform Expertise
    • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for the Real Estate Portal Gatekeeper and Salesforce
    • Support testing hotfixes and enhancements related to the Real Estate Portal
    • Partner on the development and implementation of new features and platform integrations
  • Process Optimization & Reporting

    • Generate and analyze reports to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
    • Drive continuous process enhancements using real-time data insights
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Coordinate credentialing and onboarding requests across global teams
    • Collaborate with Illuminate Support Gatekeeper Support and various sales groups to align portal functionality with business needs
    • Facilitate transparent communication across all levels of project involvement
  • Operational Agility

    • Adapt and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
    • Identify system errors and collaborate with impacted teams to drive resolution

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72300.00 - $105000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience job-related skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
