What will you do
Review draft negotiate and manage customer contracts
Participate in and/or conduct front end assessment of proposals and secure required management approval for submission to customers
Research compliance matters interpret regulations and identify risks.
Prepare and deliver standard and non-standard contracts as required by the business units located across EMEA
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights obligations risk and mitigation strategy.
Responsible for enforcing record management policies and procedures coordinating overall file and database management
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle
Working together with Business Units to ensure successful completion of sales process through to contract signature
Conducting file audits as well as providing information and support for any other internal or external audits
What you will learn and develop:
To work across matrixed teams and BUs
Global stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications and experience:
Completed module in Contracts Law Business or Legal Diploma
A strong understanding of Commercial contracts and legal principles associated with Contract Law
Ability to manage large volumes of standard and non-standard contracts
Be able to work independently have good time management abilities and be able to produce quality and professional contracts within established timelines
A collaborative approach to communicate effectively with the business to understand their requirements quickly
A robust ability to adapt to changing business policies
Can travel within region where necessary
