Salary: 51414 to 64268 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

We are on the look out for an experienced Transformation Project Manager with a background in housing. You will be working with the Head of Delivery & Change to ensure we effectively deliver on transformation projects across the organisation.
We support agile working so youll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and deliver transformational and continuous improvement projects aligned to Moats corporate strategy ensuring delivery to agreed time cost and quality.
Manage projects end-to-end from discovery and business case development through planning execution and transition to operational delivery.
Ensure projects follow Moats change and governance frameworks including risk budget and benefits management.
Work with sponsors and operational leaders to develop clear business cases benefits realisation plans and sustainable outcomes.
Identify manage and coordinate project resources stakeholders and cross-functional teams including IT and frontline colleagues.
Develop and deliver effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans in collaboration with Communications.
Embed best practice support continuous improvement capture lessons learnt and contribute to upskilling colleagues in project and change management.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and maintain ongoing professional development in housing project and change management.
Youll have:
Proven project management experience delivering business change and process improvement.
A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 Agile or PMP).
A strong track record of prioritising workloads and delivering projects to deadlines.
Experience working in complex matrix-managed stakeholder environments.
Strong change management capability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative proactive and can-do approach.
