West Row Academy are looking to appoint an inspirational Teacher English Leader.
Team West Row is seeking a motivated and compassionate teacher to join our strong and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead English across our mainstream school and support our specialist provision hub for pupils with high needs.
You will be part of a nurturing environment where teamwork is key and every child is supported to thrive both academically and socially. We work closely with families and the local community to ensure the best outcomes for our children.

You will:
support our schools vision values and development priorities
lead English across the school with a particular focus on reading and writing
support colleagues in delivering high-quality English lessons
champion consistent and effective practice ideally with experience in CUSP delivery.
