Job Summary

Summary

Lead team of commercialization professionals to drive cross-functional initiatives spanning product & solution commercialization ecosystem engagement and operations & planning. This role is pivotal in ensuring cohesive execution of business goals and long-term strategic plans through operational excellence market readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Essential Job Functions/ Responsibilities

Product & Solution Commercialization

  • Manage cross-functional product launch initiatives ensuring timely and market-aligned delivery.
  • Maintain and enforce a comprehensive commercialization checklist to standardize go-to-market readiness.
  • Coordinate product pricing strategy in collaboration with Market Intelligence and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee collaboration with Managed Services and Professional Services groups to ensure new product enhancements and solutions are designed for optimal deployment and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Legal Clinical Safety and other internal stakeholder teams to ensure any risks are managed.
  • Provide pricing support and market-fit assessments.
  • Coordinate with Solutions for white-glove support for early market entries ensuring successful product adoption and performance.

Ecosystem Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with Sales & SE teams to ensure enabled and supported on our Products including maintaining our sales guides derived from Product Essentials documentation.
  • Liaise with Professional Services to develop implementation pricing (U.S. only) and integrate feedback into product strategies.

Operations & Planning

  • Contribute to the 5-year strategic planning process to align business goals with market opportunities to inform our agile development process.
  • Coordinate and execute an annual cross-sector global GTM Plan (annex to the HealthShare Strategic Plan) to inform execution priorities with sales and marketing.
  • Curate and implement structured feedback loops to enhance operations and influence product development and improvement.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Education & Work Experience

  • BS degree or equivalent

Must-Have Experiences

  • Proven track record in healthcare product strategy operations or market development in a B2B software SaaS or health IT environment.
  • Strong experience translating user and market needs into actionable strategies and operational plans.
  • Familiarity with healthcare providers payers and operational frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams manage operations and drive organizational efficiency.

Nice-to-Have Experiences

  • Background in market analysis GTM planning or healthcare operations consulting.
  • Experience scaling digital health products across global markets.

  • Highly organized data-driven and outcome-oriented.
  • Collaborative and influential across cross-functional teams.
  • Leader who prioritizes team culture employee growth and operational excellence.
