Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking two dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join a small but dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse book of business including high-net-worth clients in a supportive and flexible work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55000 - $65000 annually (open to $75000 for exceptional candidates)
- 401(k)
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines CSR you will be responsible for providing end-to-end servicing for our clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client communications including phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handling policy renewals endorsements billing inquiries and other servicing tasks.
- Quoting new and renewal business as needed.
- Supporting high-net-worth clients and expanding our presence in this market segment.
- Utilizing QQ Catalyst software to manage client accounts and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
To excel in this role candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QQ Catalyst or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Solid product knowledge and ability to explain coverage options to clients.
- Excellent phone presence and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet client and agency needs.
