Job Summary

Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) 1:1 Student Support
Location: Chantilly VA
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:50 AM3:40 PM (6.83 hrs/day)
Duration: 23-Week Contract
Pay Rate: $20$25/hr (Weekly: $683$853.75)

Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate PCA to provide one-on-one support for a middle school student. The role focuses on student safety seizure monitoring and assistance with daily school activities.

Responsibilities:

Continuous 1:1 safety supervision throughout the school day
Monitor and respond to seizure activity per established action plan
Assist with classroom participation transitions mobility and ADLs
Maintain daily documentation and observations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
CPR & First Aid certification (required)
Caregiving healthcare or school experience preferred
Calm under pressure; strong observation and communication skills
Physically able to stand walk and assist as needed
