JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) Homemakers and Heavy Chore Workers to support clients in Arlington MA and surrounding communities. This role offers short daytime shifts with the ability to stack nearby cases to create a consistent schedule between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide personal care assistance
Light housekeeping and homemaking
Meal preparation and companionship
Errands and heavy chore support as needed
Deliver care with dignity respect and professionalism
SCHEDULE
Short day shifts (9:00 AM 2:00 PM)
Flexible weekday scheduling
Ability to stack local cases
Competitive hourly pay

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to assist with daily living activities light lifting standing walking and household tasks as required
