Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and serve our guests explaining the facilities available exceeding their expectations
- Actively clean and maintain all gym equipment and changeroom areas
- Coordinate products and equipment ready for guests to use
- Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively creating memorable experiences
- Complete standard reception duties whilst upholding a professional standard
