Commercial Property Partner / Senior Associate - Suffolk with hybrid working
Client
A full-service regional law firm
Role
- Lead and manage the Commercial Property team based in Suffolk
- Play a key role in driving the growth and success of the commercial property offering while managing a varied and high-value caseload
- Work on complex real estate transactions including acquisitions disposals leasehold matters and property finance
- Play an active role in business developmentand contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members
You
- 8 years PQE
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ambitious and ready tostep into a Partner role/progress towards partnership
- Commercially astute and proactive
