What Youll Do:
- Guide customers through the finance and insurance process with professionalism and clarity
- Secure competitive financing options by working closely with banks and lenders
- Ensure full compliance with federal state and manufacturer regulations
- Review credit applications conduct thorough credit checks and underwrite loans
- Finalize deals and submit all necessary documentation for funding
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to finance team members
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Sales Manager in automotive retail
- Proficiency in CDK and eContracting with Darwin
- Strong knowledge of F&I products credit analysis and loan underwriting
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
