Qualifications :
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Developer youll do more than code - youll solve problems spark ideas and build software that makes a real impact in senior housing communities. Partnering with Product Design QA and fellow engineers youll bring creativity curiosity and pride to everything you build. Your work is visible celebrated and impactful whether youre enhancing our Medical Records and Resident Experience tools driving insights through our DOMO platform or pushing forward bold new product initiatives.
- Ideation & Problem Solving - Be an active participant in the ideation process collaborating with your team to brainstorm creative and practical solutions to complex problems. Your good judgment and pragmatic approach will be key in turning great ideas into actionable solutions.
- Architectural Vision - Build and develop the technical design of new features and systems ensuring they are scalable performant and aligned with our long-term architectural vision.
- Build Awesome Solutions - Take a leading role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initial design to deployment. Set the precedent for our teams standards through your approach to writing testing and refining code.
- Code Review - Participate in and lead code reviews providing constructive feedback to your peers and ensuring our codebase is high-quality secure and performing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- 5 years of programming experience with any of:
- MVC MVC Core
- Core Blazor
- Entity Framework 6 Entity Framework Core Dapper
- 5 years of experience working with a SaaS product
- A Collaborative Partner - You are a proactive problem solver who collaborates actively with your team during ideation and solution design. You excel at building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues and you are comfortable guiding product managers to define the best possible solutions.
- Pragmatic and Purposeful - While you embrace curiosity and a desire to learn you also know how to apply that knowledge effectively. You understand constraints and advocate for the best feasible solution always considering the impact of your changes. Youre efficient in managing your time defining clear goals and consistently meeting them.
- An Owner of Your Work - You demonstrate accountability by owning your work from start to finish. This includes adding detailed development plans to tickets providing high-quality estimates and communicating progress and blockers proactively. You dont just complete tasksyou take pride in high-quality solutions.
- A Master of Your Craft - You have meticulous attention to detail and believe in delivering excellent quality. You thoroughly test your own solutions review your own code before it ever goes to a peer and are a natural at identifying and addressing potential issues.
- A Clear Technical Communicator - You can clearly articulate complex concepts to anyone regardless of their technical background. Youre comfortable demoing your work often and youre always engaged in meetings cameras on.
- Experience using Azure Portal and Azure Emulators JetBrains Rider LinqPad Postman Powershell Sentry SQL Server Management Studio Visual Studio Code
- Experience using Atlassian Products ( Jira Confluence) and Figma Figjam
