***This is an Independent Contract (1099) position open to local residents of Phoenix AZ ***

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Property Specialist will travel to investment properties throughout the Phoenix area. Typically this role involves photographing properties uploading photos to the company database via smartphone documenting property details assessing property conditions and meeting potential clients on-site. No real estate experience is necessary as all training will be provided by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to investment properties.
• Photograph the interiors of residences ensuring to capture the flow of the space.
• Meet with potential clients at investment properties.
• Edit and adjust photos for lighting contrast and watermarks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Drivers License
• Own a smartphone with working camera
• Have a reliable source of transportation to take same day requests
• Be outgoing and approachable
• Dress in business casual attire
• Be okay with frequent travel throughout the metro area

COMPENSATION

The Company will pay the Contractor a flat fee of $60 for each trip ($30 per leg) the Contractor completes to perform addition mileage will be reimbursed to the Contractor by the Company at the rate of $0.35 per mile (or $0.60 per mile if tolls apply).
