This internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ). Your summer will be focused in Procurement in the Supply Chain organization. Throughout the summer you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ as a whole while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.
This position is a hybrid opportunity out of our McKinney TX facility.
What You Will Do:
- Gain hands-on experience with real Supply Chain tools and processes
- Own or contribute to a role-specific project during your internship
- Solve problems while thinking beyond the accepted solutions
- Understand the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery product support and payment for products and services driving synergy savings opportunities and developing solutions to support our internal customers more efficiently and ultimately the Warfighter
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a BA BS or masters degree in the area of Supply Chain Operations Business or a closely related field by Summer 2026
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel PPT Project Word)

- Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
- This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelors (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum entering their (insert Sophomore Junior Senior or Post Grad year) by the start of summer 2026.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
