We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our global team and take ownership of building high-performance backend services and APIs.
About the Project Zephyr Cloud
Zephyr Cloud is a next-generation deployment and management platform that:
Unifies tools for building testing and deploying applications
Supports instant feature releases with safe rollbacks
Accelerates CI/CD with a developer-first approach
Scales seamlessly for startups and enterprises
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable backend services & APIs (REST/GraphQL) in
Work with cloud providers (AWS Azure GCP) and integrate services
Optimize backend systems for stability performance and security
Participate in architecture decisions technology selection and system improvements
Mentor backend engineers and promote best practices
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues quickly to ensure high reliability
Requirements:
5 years of backend development experience ( preferred)
Strong background in system architecture scalability and distributed systems
Proven experience with microservices cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on expertise in optimizing backend performance and working with databases
Technical leadership and mentoring experience is a plus
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working remotely with distributed international teams (LATAM preferred)
