Job Summary
As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer you will:
- Lead the architecture and development of embedded control systems based on complex customer requirements.
- Translate high-level system concepts into multidisciplinary designs involving electronics embedded software housing cabling and communication protocols.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Hardware Software Test Production Logistics Service) and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
- Evaluate and select components contributing to roadmap decisions and long-term platform strategies.
- Stay ahead of technological trends and drive the integration of innovative solutions into product designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems design and architecture.
- Strong understanding of system-level design compliance standards and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills initiative and a strategic mindset.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
