Job Summary
Protech is seeking a driven and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide this role youll be recruiting for South Australias largest infrastructure project the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. This is a rare opportunity to elevate your career while contributing to a landmark development that will shape the future of the region.
Youll be based on-site with a hot desk right where the action is happening giving you direct access to project teams real-time insights and the energy of a once-in-a-generation build.
Youll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients making accurate safe and methodical recruitment decisions to deliver on Quality People. Every Time.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality care and consistency matter. From sourcing and screening to placement and candidate care youll play a key role in connecting great work with great people while upholding Protechs high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare write and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and identify suitable candidates using online platforms and proactive talent strategies.
- Conduct high-volume screening interviews reference checks and coordinate interview confirmations with clients.
- Build and maintain candidate pools through ongoing market research and engagement.
- Review candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with role and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Deliver high-quality candidate care ensuring a smooth professional and timely experience throughout the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset you anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to solve them.
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and adapt to shifting priorities to meet project and client expectations.
- Willingness to learn and understand Mining and Maintenance industries.
