Role Title:Building Safety Assistant (Lifts and Legionella)
Hours: 28 hours per week these can be worked flexibly spread across 5 days per week (Monday Friday) or by working 9am to 5pm 4 days per week
Salary: 18957 - 23697 per annum (this is already pro-rated to 28 hours per week)
Contract:Permanent
Location:Hybrid between our Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) and working from home
You will support our Senior Building Safety Coordinator in the delivery of works relating to our lifts and legionella risk areas and service contracts. Youll liaise with contractors consultants and our customers to ensure our properties are well maintained and achieve statutory compliance. Youll assist in general administration including booking appointments recording and updating information databases.
Your database systems knowledge combined with your ability to extract data will be an asset to this role.
