Pricing is at the heart of our marketplace it shapes competitiveness supplier success and commercial growth. We areseeking aGroup Product Manager to lead our Pricing domain and developthe next generation of our pricing platform.
Your mission
As Head of Pricing you will lead a team of Product Managers and partner closely with Engineering Data Commercial and Supply leaders. Your mandate is to design and scale our pricing platform:
- Build the foundational infrastructure that powers all pricing decisions across the marketplace.
- Developmodular extensible systems that enable both internal teams and external suppliers to build on top of the platform.
- Drive thestrategic outcomes of competitive pricing supplier revenue maximization and commercial growth.
This is a senior product leadership role based in Berlin. You will report to a Product Director and play a central role in shaping how pricing drives the next phase of growth at GetYourGuide.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for pricing ensuring alignment with company-wide commercial and customer goals.
- Lead coach and grow a team of 23 Product Managers creating clarity and focus while empowering them to execute.
- Build and scale amodular pricing platform that supports multiple applications from supplier-facing tools to consumer pricing experiences.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to translate business objectives (competitive pricing supplier revenue maximization commercial optimization) into product outcomes.
- Work closely with Data and Engineering to ensure our platform isrobust scalable and future-proof.
- Represent Pricing across the organization driving alignment and collaboration with Marketing Supply Legal and Finance.
Your toolkit
- 8 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a senior product leadership role (managing PMs).
- Experience in marketplace or e-commerce pricing revenue management or related domains is a strong plus
- Experience building platforms and infrastructure that enable applications at scale.
- Strong strategic thinker who can balance commercial outcomes with technical execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Passion for building products that deliver clear value to both customers and suppliers.
