Responsibilities
- Oversee the progress and quality of the rollout across all activities (logistics installation coding).
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
- Define and implement tools and reports for activity tracking.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer journeys.
- Support operational teams in process definition documentation and evolution.
- Conduct analyses to identify process improvement opportunities and define optimization solutions.
- Adapt and optimize deployment strategies with a focus on installer safety and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Monitor rollout KPIs and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare internal and external reports including those for public authorities and regulators.
Qualifications :
Required Skills
- Fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the second language.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience as a project manager (5 years).
- Experience in data analysis and trend identification.
- Experience reporting to C-Level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills during interviews.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of process definition or management (e.g. BPMN).
- Masters degree in engineering.
- Experience in smart meter rollout.
- Experience deploying infrastructure across a territory (e.g. fiber).
- Experience with an energy sector organization in Belgium (5 years).
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset during interviews.

Work Regime: Full-time (100%)
Work Policy: Minimum 3 days onsite maximum 2 days remote per week.
