Job Description

Monday to Friday Collins Square Docklands (3 mins from Southern Cross Station)

Were looking for a Sales Team Leader Health Insurance to step in and set the pace for our weekday team. Youll bring energy structure and focus to every day driving sales performance coaching consultants and building a team culture where people are motivated to show up hit goals and celebrate wins together.

This isnt a back-office role. Youll be on the floor side by side with your team setting daily rhythms leading huddles reviewing dashboards and giving real-time coaching that lifts results. If you love sales people and building momentum this role puts you right at the heart of it.

What Youll Do

  • Lead coach and inspire a team of 12 Sales Consultants
  • Set clear expectations and keep the team on track with strong daily weekly and monthly sales rhythms
  • Review performance provide feedback and create strategies to turn around roadblocks fast
  • Build a culture thats competitive but fun where success is recognised and celebrated
  • Support onboarding and development so every consultant grows in skill and confidence
  • Handle escalations with confidence while ensuring customers get outstanding outcomes
  • Work closely with other leaders to share ideas streamline processes and lift overall results

What Were Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership experience (ideally in call centres or fast-paced sales environments)
  • Health insurance knowledge and expertise (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
  • A natural coach and motivator who knows how to get the best out of people
  • Results-driven and confident working with KPIs targets and sales data
  • High energy and resilience you thrive under pressure and keep others motivated
  • Strong communicator with sharp decision-making and problem-solving skills
