Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the efficient and effective cleaning of all areas with higher standards of knowledge.
Responsible for cleaning all restrooms floors windows walls stairs escalators and elevators
Cleaning disinfecting and restocking all restrooms and closets. Mopping and vacuuming floors around the casino all restrooms and entrances.
Routine manual labor including but not limited to washing mopping sweeping wet mopping vacuuming and cleaning walls food service equipment and simple operation of basic equipment.
Responsible for removing all trash and debris from machines floors and trash cans.
Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpsters.
Attend to guest as needed for any housekeeping needs.
Respond to any calls for spills in all areas of casino or trackside.
Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees
All other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. May be exposed to working in a noisy smoke/secondary smoke environment. Must be at least 18. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
