Job Description
Under general supervision independently render general maintenance preventive maintenance and repair duties similar to the Mechanic at a more proficient skill level; identify prioritize and assess maintenance problems and initiate appropriate action; review completed work and conduct inspections of machinery areas.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Three years experience performing one or more of the maintenance trades (HVAC Plumbing Electrical or Machinery repair) or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following trades electrical plumbing machinery repair HVAC or Electronics performing at or near the tradesman level is required.
