Position Overview
We are seeking motivated performance-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our Network Solutions Sales Team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-speed internet services directly to residential customers within designated territories. This role is critical in driving adoption across newly built network zones and plays a direct role in helping us meet deployment targets and maintain our SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
You will report directly to the Director of Network Solutions and work closely with installation support and deployment teams to ensure every sale leads to a timely verified install and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned neighborhoods to generate new customer sign-ups.
- Present and sell broadband internet services clearly and effectively to homeowners and tenants.
- Educate potential customers on service benefits pricing and installation timelines.
- Input and manage all sales data and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Ensure all sales are high quality and lead to verified installations keeping us in compliance with SLA requirements.
- Provide accurate documentation and support needed for smooth handoff to installation teams.
- Uphold professionalism reliability and trust while representing the brand in the field.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in outside sales door-to-door sales or other customer-facing sales roles.
- Clear confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability and drive
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Able to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred.
Compensation & Commission Plan
- $65000 per year (paid bi-weekly) Weekly Commission potential
- Paid weekly
- Based on verified installations in Salesforce
- Commission resets weekly based on that weeks performance
- Sales quality is key only verified completed installs are commissionable sales that lead to escalations cancellations or SLA breaches are not eligible for commission
