The Program Assistant provides administrative support to the Food and Consumer Safety Section. Other responsibilities include but not limited to: Attending meetings taking notes and transcribing minutes; Contract monitoring of timelines multiple funding sources and reporting requirements; Reviewing and monitoring budget expenditures and preparing budget reports for management review.
