Job Description
- Performed machine repair and troubleshooting to ensure 24/7 production continuity.
- Conducted root cause analysis and implemented effective countermeasures on the shop floor.
- Executed preventive maintenance and TPM as planned driving continuous improvement.
- Applied strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues quickly.
- Supported solution of machine electrical issues across the manufacturing area.
- Prepared daily operation reports and breakdown analysis for management decision-making.
- Developed Work Instructions (WI) and delivered On-the-Job Training (OJT) for maintenance activities.
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Diploma / bachelors degree in Machine Tool Technology specializing in Tool and Die & Injection Molding.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical or related field.
- Basic in English.
- At least 2 years experience in maintenance job of automotive industry.
- Diploma at least 4 years experience in Mechanical.
- Engineer at least 2 years experience in Mechanical Engineer.
- Good Attitude.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Deliver full spectrum of Maintenance services to shopfloor operations.
- Problem solving skill.
- Technical knowledge & skill in maintenance job.
- Knowledge & skill in Preventive maintenance and TPM.
- Teamwork and service mind.
- Teamwork and coordination with other departments.
- Mechanical Design skill (Solidwork NX Inventor).
