Job Summary

What youll do:

This position is part of our growth strategy. Reporting to the Director of Everience Benelux you will hold the position of Business Manager at Everience Netherlands will focus on two major areas:

 

- Business Development/Prospecting (90%):

- You will identify and ensure the acquisition of new customers and new projects and support sales prospecting using our management tool (CRM);

- You detect and define new levers to ensure the growth of your perimeter.

- You create a privileged relationship with your customers and prospects.

- You identify relevant calls for tender and develop an appropriate commercial offer.

- Based on your sales prospecting you identify and maintain a pool of qualified resources.

 

- Customer relationship follow-up (10%):

- You take over a portfolio of existing customers and a perimeter and give it your own dynamism.

- You provide support to resources on ongoing services (performance monitoring planning time management career development);

- You are responsible for customer relations (identifying needs prices deadlines contract elements resource identification coaching follow-up customer invoicing).

Your qualities:

- Successful sales experience in the Netherlands is required

- You have years of experience in selling IT services and developing a customer portfolio.

- Analytical and listening skills to understand the needs of customers and prospects

- Fluent English and Dutch is  required
