You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team in Apodaca Nuevo Leon Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class company and make a significant impact on our operations.
In this role your responsibilities will be:
Fixed Asset Control physical inventory VS documents to prove legal acquisition.
Control of electronic documents of importation and exportation.
Update Customs System (PRISMA).
Internal audit of importation and exportation pediments.
Reduce the General Import duty payment with Certificates of Origin PROSEC or Rule 8th.
Analysis of Data Stage and work Monthly reports based on it.
Build various processes at VUCEM.
Support people of operations in compliance customs system etc.
Deal with customs brokers.
Who you are:
You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
You analyze information from multiple sources to identify problems and propose practical solutions.
You communicate clearly and confidently obligations and requirements with Plant staff customs brokers and suppliers.
You collaborate across functions and sites sharing guidelines and supporting others to achieve common goals.
For this role you will need:
Bachelors degree in Foreign Trade and Customs or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations or customs compliance.
Have good communication skills in English both written and verbal to interact effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
Analytical skills to evaluate import/export operations and data information to identify process improvements.
Experience with pediments customs law general rules of foreign trade and related.
Knowledge of Annex 24 and Annex 30.
Preferred qualifications that set you a part:
Preferably resides near Apodaca Nuevo León or has no issues commuting daily to the plant which would support closer integration with local teams and on-site operations.
