Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both Japanese and English with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Stakeholder-Focused: Skilled at engaging with owners local authorities and business partners at all levels.
Event & MICE Expertise: Comfortable leading large-scale events and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution.
Commercially Minded: Business-aware with a solid grasp of sales strategy and revenue opportunities (bonus for sales or BD experience).
Project & CAPEX Experience: Hands-on experience with renovations upgrades and capital expenditure planning is a strong advantage
