Looking to develop your career at the forefront of a rapidly expanding industry Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across Tilrays Canadian adult-use cannabis portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product vision developing roadmaps and guiding cross-functional teams through planning development and launch cycles to execute the development of industry leading addition you will be responsible for the strategic category & portfolio plan ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and long-term growth targets. Key Accountabilities: Strategic Leadership- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the adult-use portfolio.
- Lead product discovery and validation through market research competitive analysis and customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain the strategic portfolio plan including SKU rationalization innovation pipeline and lifecycle management.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product plans and success metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Project Management R&D Procurement Design Sales and Regulatory teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Execution & Optimization- Own the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data insights and customer feedback.
- Lead SKU productivity analysis and portfolio optimization efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement- Present product strategies and performance updates to senior leadership and external partners.
- Coordinate with Sales Trade & cannabis control boards and key retailers on product listings portfolio planning and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications: - 610 years of product management experience preferably in CPG or regulated industries.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and launching high-impact products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
