Job Description

Our client a local privately owned organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their busy team. This position is located in the NE of Calgary and is seeking one who is pursuing the CPA designation while garnering strong operational accounting experience in industry. This is a full time permanent position in-office 5 days per week.

Reporting to the Controller (CPA) your duties will include but not be limited to;

Preparation of financial statements (ASPE)
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Support of the annual audit process
Point of contact for the CRA
Support of month-end and year-end accounting activities
Journal entries fixed assets treasury and inter-company transaction
Ad hoc projects as requested
