We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior HR Information Analyst with experience working with HR and Payroll data systems and dashboards.

Do you want to.

* apply your data capturing analytical and HR reporting skills to provide the information our business needs

* use reporting and data insights to enable evidenced based decision making

* develop tools and dashboards to provide useful data to support business objectives

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the data and information is well presented in line with reporting needs for all HR systems including HRIS Payroll H&S and recruitment
  • Analyse and interpret HR information and provide written and graphical reports including recommendations on business actions
  • Develop and maintain reports and reporting tools
  • Create complex reports using SQL
  • Provide advice on best practice for the collection of HR data to support business reporting
  • Ensure all regular reporting obligations are fulfilled for both internal and external customers

What skills knowledge and experience you will bring

  • Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying business insights
  • Excellent organisational skills high levels of initiative and attention to detail
  • Experience with providing accurate and timely reporting to both internal and external customers
  • Proficient with reporting tools in HR/Payroll systems (Oracle HCM iChris/Chris21) Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps
  • Experience in data management reporting and quality assurance practices
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • The ability to work under pressure in a changing environment adaptable and well organised
