These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the PPDS team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As a Manager you are expected to guide the execution of our Infinite Learning Strategy maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwCs goals and vision. You are expected to be responsible for working in SAP PPDS support projects preferably in S/4HANA and leading a team of associates and senior associates in the project.
Responsibilities
- Leading the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives
- Guiding the execution of our Infinite Learning Strategy
- Maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwCs goals and vision
- Working in SAP PPDS implementation projects preferably in S/4HANA
- Leading a team of associates and senior associates in the project
- Supervising and coaching team members
- Implementing firm methodologies and technology resources
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience working in SAP PPDS preferred
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
What Sets You Apart
- SAP Certification on PP or APO
- Experience in SAP PPDS support projects
- Knowledge of finite resource scheduling and setup optimization
- Ability to lead a team of associates and senior associates
- Experience with SAP PP
- Integration scenarios with PP and IBP modules
- Production Planning and In-depth Scheduling in APO and/or in S/4HANA
- Coaching junior resources in the project
