Hourly Wage: $24$33 (based on experience and academic year)

Are you ready to kickstart your engineering career with real-world experience in design and manufacturing Corwest Fabrications Ltd is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student to join our dynamic team for an 8 to 12-month term. This is your chance to gain hands-on exposure to ASME-certified projects hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment with opportunities to contribute to drafting and design support and grow your professional skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of shop drawings fabrication details and as-built documentation.
• Support Engineering and Drafting department.
• Support Quality Control department.
• Gain exposure to shop fabrication.

• Support project documentation data entry and material traceability.
• Learn and apply safety procedures in a shop environment.

What You Bring

• Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical Co-op program (minimum 2nd year completed).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a strong asset.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Eligibility

To qualify you must:
