About the Position: Loader/ Excavator Operator
Key responsibilities
- Manual handling tasks of resource recovery and waste
- Forklift Excavator Loader operation assessing loads being delivered and carting of loads
- Landfill operator training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Follow all procedures safety protocols and company policies
- Providing assistance in other area of the waste facility such as the recycling drop off and waste transfer station sites
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform routine equipment checks and report issues
What we are looking for:
- You bring to the role your passion for maximising resource recovery
- A commitment to safe work practices your friendly personality and are a team player
- A willingness to use your initiative and contribute to the success of the team.
- Experience in the waste or resource recovery industry is desirable
- Experience in plant and machinery operations is highly regarded
- A positive can-do attitude enthusiastic and passionate about what you do
Qualifications and experience
- Front end loader ticket required
- Excavator ticket required
- Forklift ticket highly regarded
- Ability to adhere to safe work practices
- Holds a current Construction White Card (desirable)

Additional Requirements
