Job Description
Please note: This role is contingent upon a contract award. While it is not an immediate opening we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award.
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for a government contract ensuring delivery of program objectives compliance with federal requirements and alignment with agency mission goals. This role is responsible for managing scope schedule budget staffing risk and performance while serving as the primary point of contact between the government client and the contractors leadership team.
Job Location: Remote however strong preference for candidates who live in the Washington DC Metro Area. There will be occasional onsite meetings on the client site in Washington DC.

What You Will Do:
Lead program planning execution and delivery in accordance with government contract requirements milestones and performance standards.
Oversee program operations including staffing task management resource allocation and subcontractor coordination.
Develop and maintain project roadmaps plans schedules and performance tracking tools; ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.
Manage program budgets cost controls and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines.
Identify and mitigate risks issues and dependencies that may impact program success.
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations security requirements and quality standards.
Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to project managers technical leads and contract staff.
Prepare and deliver program status briefings reports and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership.
What You Will Bring With You:
U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required due to federal contract requirements
Candidate must reside in the U.S. be authorized to work in the U.S. and all work must be performed in the U.S.
Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
Prior experience leading at least 3 Salesforce Programs.
10 years managing large federal digital programs.
Certified in Agile certification.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
What We Would Like You To Bring With You:
Masters degree preferred.
Proven track record managing large complex programs involving IT modernization system implementation or mission support services especially within the Grants Management space.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes contract types (FFP CPFF IDIQ etc.) and compliance requirements.
Experience leading programs in Department of Transportation intelligence civilian or health agency environments.
Prior experience managing subcontractors and multi-vendor teams on federal contracts.
Certified in Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
Professional Skills:
Excellent communication and client facing skills and ability to negotiate & prioritize and successfully drive project objectives within schedule and budget.
Highly effective analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business.
Organized detailed oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to create and deliver project related presentations & lead executive project updates

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
