Technology Program Manager
Working model: hybrid / remote
Contract type: contract of employment / full time
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technology Program Manager to lead technology initiatives and digital transformation across EMEA PDS. You will serve as the bridge between business users regional management and global technology teams ensuring optimal platform utilization throughout their lifecycle. Initially your primary focus will be Ingenious deployment and adoption but you will manage other technology projects and data capture programs. You will emphasize user data governance and compliance while working with local teams to ensure good data quality in systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Ingenious PM system deployment across EMEA PDS markets and EMEA led accounts. Support Global transitions providing ongoing implementation support
Own and manage technology projects including locally required digital initiatives ensuring timely delivery business alignment and compliance with global standards.
Manage and maintain comprehensive SF and Certinia user data governance frameworks monitor data standards investigate inconsistencies liaise with local data stewards and support to resolve.
Help develop in-tool reporting capabilities creating dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights to regional leadership
Support training programs and ongoing education initiatives to improve platforms adoption and maintain best practices.
Monitor technology developments and platform enhancements communicating changes to stakeholders and managing regional upgrade cycles
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Project Management systems or similar enterprise solutions with large-scale deployment success
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management processes.
Experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations and diverse cultural environments
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences
Proven technology project management track record from conception through delivery including change management
Good understanding of reports building and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial real estate property management or professional services industry experience
Project management technology implementation background with relevant certifications
Change management experience driving organizational transformation initiatives
Knowledge of EMEA business operations and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with reporting frameworks and data management

Proactive attitude toward identifying technology opportunities and process improvements
Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration

Successfully roll out EMEA technology programs
Complete EMEA accounts transitions
Ensure good standard of data is maintained across internal platforms
Manage stakeholders ensuring consistent communication and knowledge sharing
Create baseline regional reporting and train local teams for improved self-sufficiency
Establish yourself as first point of contact for technology support and escalation management
This position maximizes our delivery platform investments while ensuring business users have support to effectively leverage digital tools maintain data quality standards and drive consistent outcomes across EMEA markets.
