We are looking for a Process Manager to join our central Purchase Steering this role you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of procurement master data and transactional processes supporting Global Strategic Sourcing Master Data IT and Accounts Payable. As a subject-matter expert you will be the go-to person for complex issues and escalations mentor colleagues and help drive best-in-class procurement practices across the organization.
Act as the subject-matter expert for supplier master data and pricing processes in SAP
Handle complex and escalated requests from stakeholders ensuring accurate resolution and compliance
Create and maintain on-invoice and off-invoice conditions in SAP based on contractual agreements
Enter and update list prices assign calculation schemas and manage promotional pricing
Perform contract sanity checks and monitor contract lifecycles
Serve as a trusted contact for replenishers and invoice controllers regarding pricing and master data issues
Support invoice control activities by applying the four-eyes principle for accuracy checks
Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to strengthen overall team capabilities
Drive and contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice documentation
Provide data analysis and compliance reporting to support both operational and strategic decision-making
Support special procurement projects and perform ad-hoc analyses as needed
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in procurement master data or supply chain roles in a global or regional setting
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Industrial Management Finance Economics or a related field
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA procurement master data and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes; JIRA knowledge is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on compliance
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
Skilled in resolving complex issues and managing escalations
Effective communicator and mentor comfortable working across international teams
Proactive structured and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Fluency in English; German is a plus
