About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Logistics Coordinator & Material Handler to join our Service Center this role youll manage international shipping and logistics for critical service parts support warehouse operations and ensure our field service teams can deliver on-time solutions to customers worldwide.

What Youll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound global shipments including carriers customs brokers and documentation
- Troubleshoot logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery to customer sites
- Handle service parts inventory: replenishment storage shipments returns and disposal
- Receive store and deliver parts while maintaining accurate records and compliance controls
- Support packaging picking and recycling of service parts
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and support year-end audits
- Work with ERP systems (Oracle Service Cloud Agile RFS) for order processing and record keeping
- Manage carrier relationships (FedEx Bollore) and coordinate freight/customs invoice processing
What You Bring
- At least 5 years experience in international shipping and logistics (import/export customs carriers)
- Experience supporting Customer Care or Field Service operations
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation or equivalent experience
- ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification and valid Class 5 drivers license
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
The compensation for this role ranges from CAD 60000 to CAD 75000. The final offer extended to the selected candidate will fall within this range and will be based on several factors including education skills experience scope of responsibilities as assessed during the selection process.
