They are seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to join their team develop their skills and play a key role in delivering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and management of subcontract agreements and purchase orders
Support project budgeting cost control and variation management
Participate in estimating and tendering processes including compiling submission documents
Liaise with site and project teams to coordinate procurement and delivery schedules
Monitor progress claims and maintain accurate documentation
Assist in the preparation of client and supplier communications
Maintain project registers including RFIs variations and approvals
Learn and contribute to contract compliance project reporting and risk management

What Were Looking For:
1-3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction sector.
Expertise in pre-tender forecasting cost planning and subcontractor negotiations.
Strong communication and organizational skills coupled with high attention to detail.
