Job Description

Classification Title:

STU AST - NON-CLERICAL & ADMIN

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Assist with volunteer background screening and compliance tracking

Research criminal history records

Upload and maintain records in the 4-H Online database

Assist with training materials and presentations

Provide general administrative support and help with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Availability: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm 10-20 hours a week

Advertised Salary:

$14/hour

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a current Federal Work Study work award and reliable transportation to UF East Campus.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data entry knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint TEAMS) and using databases. Strong written communication and organizational skills handling sensitive data ability to work independently as well as follow verbal and written instructions. Demonstrate professional etiquette in the office and on the phone. Willing to learn.
