LEAD CARPENTER
As a Lead Carpenter you will play a key role in executing remodels and new home construction projects. Youll oversee various phases of construction while guiding other carpenters and ensuring high standards of quality are met. This is a bags-on site-based role with leadership and supervisory responsibilities.

What Were Looking For:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction and remodeling.
Strong carpentry skills in framing exterior and interior trim and finish carpentry.
Ability to manage project sites including material coordination and subcontractor oversight.
High self-motivation problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
Familiarity with Wisconsin UDC and green building principles is a plus.
