LEAD CARPENTER
As a Lead Carpenter you will play a key role in executing remodels and new home construction projects. Youll oversee various phases of construction while guiding other carpenters and ensuring high standards of quality are met. This is a bags-on site-based role with leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction and remodeling.
- Strong carpentry skills in framing exterior and interior trim and finish carpentry.
- Ability to manage project sites including material coordination and subcontractor oversight.
- High self-motivation problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
- Familiarity with Wisconsin UDC and green building principles is a plus.
