Job Summary
The Quest Team Co-Director is an advanced student leadership role at Lipscomb University designed to further the development of competent leaders while also contributing new vision and energy to Lipscomb Universitys New Student Orientation Programs. A Co-Director will be involved in every key decision influencing the implementation and execution of orientation programs from Quest Team selection New Student Orientation program design QuestWeek schedule development and more. This role is designed to champion the gifts of student leaders while also providing them the challenge of leading their peers through the process of team selection and team management throughout the course of the summer. The Co-Director pairing will act as the necessary bridge between leadership and the Quest Team to ensure 1) the Quest Team knows the job that needs to be done and 2) leadership is aware of any conflict that could hinder the work of welcoming new students well. May be federal work study eligible.
