Position Summary:
The Web Experiences Delivery Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Labs teams ability to deliver exceptional web experience solutions at scale. This person will lead the hands-on configuration technical management and optimization of customer web experience campaigns. This role directly supports our Web Experiences team who own customer relationships and strategic communications by managing all platform setup customization and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is technically adept detail-oriented and capable of thinking critically about marketing and web experience optimization. While full platform training will be provided prior familiarity with web marketing tools and a basic understanding of CSS will be highly beneficial.
Essential Job Functions What Youll Do:
Account Setup & Configuration
- Provision new accounts in the platform for VID and Web Experiences customers
- Manage initial configurations to ensure accurate and complete setup.
- Update and customize training documentation provided to customers.
Campaign Creation & Management
- Build customer web experience campaigns using configuration details from the Labs Customer Success Manager.
- Configure goals create segments develop content and build campaigns within the platform.
- Apply basic CSS knowledge when needed to create or customize content templates.
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile monthly performance reports based on platform data.
- Review auto-generated reports customize as needed and manually adjust when required.
- Identify optimization opportunities and strategic recommendations for the Labs CSM.
Technical Support
- Serve as the first line of support for configuration challenges or technical issues.
- Troubleshoot platform-related problems and escalate as needed.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with Labs CSMs to ensure deliverables align with customer needs and strategic goals.
- Provide input on opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications What Youll Need:
- Familiarity with web marketing tools and concepts
- Basic understanding of CSS for template creation and customization.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate high-quality work.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills to identify optimization opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English
- Eagerness to learn and grow technical and strategic capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically minded with an interest in marketing and customer experience.
- Highly detail-oriented and committed to quality.
- Proactive resourceful and able to work independently once trained.
- Collaborative and communicative supporting a team that delivers strategic value to customers.
