As our new Account Manager youll play a key role in helping our retail partners succeed on the Wolt platform. Youll focus on building strong relationships providing top tier client experience and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What youll be doing

  • Partner Growth Drive the commercial growth of existing retail partners by delivering strategic data-driven performance insights and top-tier consultation.
  • Portfolio Management Oversee a portfolio of retail partners ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners customers couriers and Wolt.
  • Performance Optimization Use data insights to identify opportunities for partners propose tailored campaigns and provide high-level consultation to boost results.
  • Campaign Management Work closely with marketing to design and implement promotional activities that drive demand and maximize partner sales.
  • Relationship Building Act as the key contact for appointed accounts maintaining strong communication running regular business reviews and supporting expansion opportunities.
  • Team Well-being Foster a positive supportive work culture where people feel valued engaged and motivated to grow.
  • Mentorship Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.
  • Hands-On Approach Contribute to building new structures and processes in a growing market embracing the start-up mindset of rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Our humble expectations

  • Experience 5 years of experience in Account Management Partnership Management Portfolio Management Sales or related roles. Experience in retail e-commerce or marketplaces is a plus.
  • Academic Background - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Sales E-Commerce or a related field is a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking A strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale.
  • Project Management Skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation with a structured approach to delivering impact.
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Ownership Proactive structured and detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ambition.
  • Collaboration Team player with a service-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Languages Fluent in both Greek & English.
  • Driver license - It is a mandatory requirement.
