About the Role
We are seeking a motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist with strong business development skills to join our growing team in Sofia. You will focus on generating and qualifying leads driving cold-calling campaigns and closing deals in the tech and digital advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B sales outreach via cold calling emails and social platforms.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the target market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve revenue and performance targets on a quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams for sales strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience ideally within tech or digital advertising.
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive target-driven mindset.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary: 4300 BGN gross monthly
Quarterly Bonus: 2000 BGN target
Relocation & Package Proposal Sofia
For candidates relocating to Sofia from another location:
- Travel Refund: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months (with e-ticket & invoice).
- Accommodation: 10 nights in a city-center hotel with breakfast included (booked & paid by TA department).
- Advance Payment: 1056 BGN salary advance deducted over 3 months (352 BGN/month).
- Advance processed within 5 working days after submitting an active bank account to HR.
