Salary: $65000 - $80000
Circle B Veterinary Hospital is a growing multi-doctor AAHA-accredited private practice in Katy TX. Were seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team with energy professionalism and a passion for growth.
About the Role
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall business operations of the hospital including:
Human resources (hiring training reviews employee relations)
Financial management (budgets KPIs inventory vendor management)
Client services (escalations retention satisfaction)
Facility operations and maintenance
Marketing and community outreach
Ensuring compliance with AAHA standards (next review in 2026)
Supporting a positive and productive team environment
What Were Looking For
Required:
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation
Bachelors degree in business or related field
Multiple years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting
Strong skills in communication time management and staff development
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work full-time with reliable transportation
Preferred:
Experience with EzyVet software
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
